Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher level one, The Kundalini Research Institute (KRI), under the guidance of head trainer Barbara Maziarska (Har Anand) and a team of trainers: Darryl O’Keeffe – one of the authors of the book “Kundalini – the essence of yoga”, Agnieszka Ziobrowska-Mosak (Hari Kartar) and Monika Podsiadlik.

Since 2023, she is in the process of implementing the Kundalini Yoga teacher training level II – Transformation.

Currently in the process of the Recall Healing Total Biology Facilitator Institute.

Certified Reiki Teacher Usui Shiki Ryoho.

She has been practicing Reiki since 2001, when she completed the Reiki I course with Marianne Onkelinx. In 2002, she completed Reiki II, and in 2016 she became a Teacher and began to attune others to the Universal Reiki Energy.
