Store Terms & Conditions
§1. General Information
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Online Store located at the following URL: polandtantrafestival.eu

- The Store offers Customers the opportunity to book participation in Tantra Festival organized by Tu i Teraz Centre.
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for registration, payment, and participation in the events organized by the Seller.

- The Store operates in accordance with applicable law, including the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827) and the GDPR.
§2. Definitions
- Customer – a natural or legal person over 18 years of age who books a ticket for the Tantra Festival through the Store.
- Store – an online marketplace owned by the Seller, available under the domain: polandtantrafestival.eu, through which the Customer can purchase Services from the Seller.
- Seller – the owner of the Store, Jacek Towalski, with its registered office at: Nowe Kawkowo 52A, 11-042 Jonkowo, Poland, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 113-009-96-12, who, as a gainful or professional activity, offers sales through his website.
- Advance Payment / Deposit – the amount paid by the Customer to reserve a place in event.
- Service – an event offered by the Seller, in which the Customer may participate.
- Reservation – the Seller’s obligation to reserve a place for the Customer after receiving the advance deposit payment.
- Contract – a distance sales agreement for Services concluded by the Customer through the Store, typically via the Order Form.
§3. Scope of Services and Terms of Service
- The condition for using the Store is to read and accept these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, the Customer accepts the Terms and Conditions.
- Registration is not required to use the Store; however, placing an order requires providing the data necessary to process the order.
- The Seller offers: paid participation in the Tantra Festival, for which a deposit is required for booking, with the remaining amount payable on-site during the event.
- Customer orders are accepted via the Order Form submitted via the website: polandtantrafestival.eu 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
- Product orders are placed by selecting the Services the Customer is interested in, clicking the “ADD TO CART” button next to the Product description, and then, from the “CART” section in the Store tab, completing the Order Form, selecting the payment method, and then clicking the purchase confirmation.
- The Customer will receive a confirmation message confirming their reservation at the Tantra Festival event, which is understood as the Seller’s acceptance of the offer. Upon receipt of this message by the Customer, a Sales Agreement is concluded.
§4. Booking Terms
- The Customer can book participation in Tantra Festival using the registration form available on the Store website. The Client is required to pay a deposit, the amount of which is specified in the description.
- After payment is processed, the Customer will receive an email confirming the reservation.
- The remaining workshop fee is payable on-site as specified in the event description.
§5. Prices and Payments
- All prices listed on the website are in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices (include VAT). The amounts given in EUR are only for the reference and are subject to current exchange rate.
- The Client only pays a deposit – its amount is specified in the description of the booked event.
- Available payment methods include electronic transfer, payment card, or other methods available in the store’s payment system.
- Detailed terms and conditions for payments through banks or other available services are specified in the relevant regulations of the relevant banks and services.
- The deposit is non-refundable, except in the situations described in §6 and §7.
§6. Cancellations and Refunds
- The Customer has the right to cancel the Service (participation in the workshop), however, the deposit, which serves as a form of securing a place, is not refundable.
- Pursuant to Article 38, Section 12 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to services related to entertainment, sporting, or cultural events if the contract specifies the day or period of service provision – which also applies to our event.
- The customer may transfer their right to participate in the workshop to another person (provided they meet the participation requirements). In such a situation, the customer is obligated to notify the Seller and provide the new participant’s details: first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
- If the workshop is purchased for a third party or a Participant changes, the Customer is obligated to notify the Seller and provide the new Participant’s details: first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
- If the ticket is purchased for a third party or a Participant changes, the Customer is obligated to inform that person of the terms of the Agreement, the Regulations, and the event details.
§7. Changes and Cancellation of the Event by the Organizer
- The Seller reserves the right to cancel the event in the event of insufficient participants, major force, or other important reasons or unexpected events.
- In the event of a Festival cancellation, the Customer is entitled to a full refund of the deposit payment.
- The Organizer may offer to transfer the reservation fee to another date or event organized by a Seller.
§8. Personal Data
- By placing an order, the Customer consents to the processing of the personal data provided by them for the purpose of fulfilling and processing the order by the Seller, who is also the controller of the personal data.
- Participants’ personal data is processed in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations and solely for the purpose of fulfilling the reservation and for marketing purposes, if the Client consents.
- The Client has the right to access, correct, request deletion, or restrict the processing of their data.
- The data Administrator is Jacek Towalski, Tu i Teraz. Details regarding data protection can be found in the Privacy Policy.
- Detailed information regarding personal data and privacy protection is included in the “Privacy Policy” tab on the Store’s website (the link in the footer section).
§9. Complaints
- Complaints regarding the operation of the Store and participation in workshops can be submitted by email to: kawkowo@tuiteraz.eu.
- The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
- Complaints regarding the substantive quality of the Festival workshops will not be reviewed, as they are subjective in nature.
§10. Final Provisions
- The Terms and Conditions define the rules for concluding and performing the Sales Agreement for Products available on the Store’s website.
- The Sales Agreement is concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
- The Terms and Conditions are available to all Customers in electronic form on the Store’s website: polandtantrafestival.eu, in the “Terms and Conditions” page easily accessed from the footer of the website.
- To use the Store’s Services, you must have devices with internet access and a web browser capable of displaying websites, as well as provide an email address to send information regarding order fulfilment.
- In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code, shall apply.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the entire Terms and Conditions shall remain unaffected. In such a case, the Parties will replace the invalid or unenforceable provision with another that most closely reflects the intended economic purpose. This also applies to any gaps in the Terms and Conditions.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Changes are effective from the moment they are published on the website.
- The Terms and Conditions come into effect on March 30, 2026.
